1. Indian fishing Expo 2008 & Retread Expo 2008 exhibition will be organized at Cochin India from July 19. 20. 2008
2. The stall allotment will be first come first serve basis.
3. Participation: Application participation and exhibition will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
4. Electricity Charges: Power charges are Rs. Per KWfor three day for demonstration of machineries and required for special purposes. Additionally required for power connection should be made along with payment prior to the commencement of the event.
5. Payments: 100% participation charges are payable along with the application. The electricity charges are to be paid prior to the commencement of the event.
6. Vacation of space: Exhibition space will have to be vacated within one day of the close of the fair failing which participants will be required to pay penalty as prescribed by the authorities.
7. Security: The organizers will make the general security arrangements.

However, participants will be responsible for the security of the exhibits and stall. They can make security arrangements of their stalls.

1. Fire prevention: Participants will keep and maintain fire fighting equipment within their stalls as per safety regulations. Arrangements of the Extinguishers in stalls/Pavillions is the responsibility of the individual participants. However fire extinguisher on rent can be provided by organizers depending upon availability in stock.
2. Refund: Once stall booking along with filled application form is received by the organizers, no refund of stall charges will be entertained.
3. Last Date: Application for stall/space booking with full amount must be remitted latest by three two weeks before the commencement of event.
4. Disputes: Disputes, if any, rising out of participation in fair shall fall with in the jurisdiction of the courts of Cochin.
5. Accommodation: The participants should make their own accommodation for their stay during the exhibition period. However, making this easier the Hotel information will be provided.
6. The organizers reserve the right to cancel/withheld re-allot of the stalls in case of any payment disputes.
7. The organizers reserve the right to change the layout/size/zone of the stalls as in part of adjustment, if necessary.
8. The exhibitor shall not use the space behind the stall or between the stalls for storage or for any purpose what so ever. The exhibitor should not black other the size or position of the stalls allotted to them.
9. The stall allotted will not be transferable and shall be used only by the allottee.
10. Display of Banners / placards, high volume of sound with speakers which interfere with other exhibitors in the premises are not permitted.
11. The exhibitor may distribute only literature and samples and shall not sell any product at the stall.
12. The organizer will put the name of the stall holder in the facia with in the space allotted and the stall holders will nit be permitted to alter or add anything to the name board fixed by the organizer.
13. Four passes will be given to each exhibitor to permit work men to enter the fair area from 6 PM. On 7 th July 2008 to 7 AM. on July 7, 2008. Such pass holders shall not be entitled to admission to any other area.
14. Furnishing shall be completed and all material not for use in the stall shall be removed before 8 AM on 18 th September 2008.
15. The stall will be handed over to the exhibitor at 9 PM on 17 th July 2008.
16. The organizers reserve the right to reschedule the event in the interest of the exhibition, if due to force major or other unavoidable circumstance which are beyond the reasonable control of the organizer.
17. The organizers will no be responsible for any loss, what so ever, incurred by the Exhibitors and they may obtain comprehensive insurance coverage for the exhibits against all risks for the periods covering transportation, preparation, exhibition, dismantling, return and transit.
18. The organizer may alter or add to the rules and regulations during the fair benefit of the exhibition, which are intimated to the participants in written.
19. Although total subletting of a stall to the third party is not permitted, partial subletting to assist a sister concern, associate or agent may be allowed by the organizer on written permission. Such co exhibiting will entail an additional contribution of Rs. 4000 per co exhibitor and will be charged to the main exhibitor. The co exhibitor will be subject to the same rule and regulations governing this exhibition.
